However, we understand that there may be instances where a customer may need to return or exchange their purchase. Therefore, we have outlined our return and exchange policy to facilitate a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers:

1. Returns:

   • If you are not completely satisfied with your framed print, you may return it within [30 days] of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit.

   • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying accessories and packaging intact.

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 143arts@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

   • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or issue store credit promptly.

2. Exchanges:

   • If you received a framed print that is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement of the same item.

   • Please notify us of any defects or damages within 7 days of receiving the item.

   • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 143art@gmail.com and provide details about the issue along with supporting photographs, if applicable.

   • Upon verification, we will arrange for the return shipping of the defective or damaged item and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
